Markers, regions and cues

Mark positions and ranges; standard cue points and sidecars.

Adding

• M: a marker at the playhead
• R: a region from the selection
• Q: a cue point (formats with standard cues: WAV/BWF/RF64, AIFF, FLAC)

Where they are kept

Never in the audio file. In the database, a hidden .auralc folder, or a sidecar file, chosen globally, per folder or per file. With sidecars, a CUE sheet and an Audacity label track can be written as well; only files the app wrote, and nobody changed since, are ever replaced.

A file with markers folds open like a folder. Each marker, region and cue has its own line and its own export menu.
